Description Bitstarter is a crowdfunding and launchpad platform for Bittensor subnet projects. TAO holders browse curated project listings, pledge TAO through on-chain crowdloans built into the Bittensor substrate, and receive subnet alpha tokens at pre-launch discounted rates upon successful raises. Pledged TAO is held in the Bittensor substrate and released to project teams only when funding targets are met. Subnet teams can apply through two tracks: a community-backed Crowdloan Launchpad for pitching to TAO holders, or a Machine Learning Incubator that provides fully-funded subnet development with technical and commercial support. All projects are reviewed by Bittensor core contributors and ecosystem advisors before appearing on the platform.
